How to Use the ID Photo Print Layout Tool

This free online tool helps you arrange multiple copies of a passport photo, visa photo, or any ID photo onto a single sheet of photo paper — ready to send to a photo lab or print at home.

Step 1 — Upload & Crop Your Photo

Click or drag your photo into the upload area. Select the appropriate ID photo standard from the dropdown. The crop tool will lock to the correct aspect ratio automatically. You can also rotate the image or use a custom size.

Step 2 — Choose Paper Size & Layout Options
