How to Use the ID Photo Print Layout Tool

This free online tool helps you arrange multiple copies of a passport photo, visa photo, ID card photo, student photo or graduation photo onto a single sheet of photo paper — ready to send to a photo lab, print at home, save as PDF or paste into another app.

Step 1 — Upload & Crop Your Photo

Choose a country and document type, then click or drag your photo into the upload area. The size list includes common passport, visa, ID card and graduation photo presets. The crop tool locks to the correct aspect ratio automatically, or you can keep the original photo.

Step 2 — Choose Paper Size & Layout Options

Pick a photo paper size, set spacing and margin, choose a background color, and optionally add a thin border between photos. Switch to black & white mode if needed.

Step 3 — Export & Print
